You can mix and match the laminating materials and core materials per your requirement.
Laminating Material | |
Material | Description |
Pre-coated Galvanized Steel | Our high-quality, pre-painted, galvanized steel is corrosion resistant
and can be used for all cold storage applications. Higher thicknesses (> 0.5mm) are suitable for pharmaceutical projects. |
Graphite-reinforced plastic | Graphite-reinforced plastic (GRP) sheet can be used in corrosive chemical processing areas and also in food-processing zones. |
Cement fibre board | In panel applications where a non-conductive and more rigid laminating material is required, cement fibre board can be used. Examples include areas where there is contact is with water, such as bathrooms. |
Stainless steel | Stainless steel is used in corrosive environments. However, GRP sheet provides a cost-effective alternative. |
Aluminium | Acts as lamination for semi-panels (half-panel), our low cost alternative to traditional insulation. |
Insulating Core | |
Material | Description |
Expanded polystyrene (EPS) | The most cost-effective and durable core material. It has much lower water-absorption over time, as compared to Polyurethane foam (PUF), and therefore retains its insulating properties better over the years. |
Polyurethane foam (PUF) | High-quality insulation material, with lower thickness required for the same insulation value, as compared to EPS. |
Glasswool | Provides far higher fire-resistance than either PUF or EPS. |
